I won't read out ready-made clichés or thank speakers for their "interesting input". I believe we need more authenticity at our events. I will put my energy into creating a trustworthy atmosphere where connection can happen, people dare to be real, and learnings can surface to outlive the event.
I moderate events & topics that are transformational and relevant to the current challenges in our global society and I always look at the through the lense of "inner change for outer change".
