Yesterday, 600 people from literally all over the world joined us for the launch of the Inner Development Goals toolkit - a so to say "public library" of methods and tools to support all of us in our inner development.
It is meetings like this that make me realize the incredible potential of the IDGs - the simple realisation, as one participant so clearly stated in the chat: "We all have the skill of being human."
We just need to nourish and use it more.
This inner work is often hard, confronting and scary, and it might appear to be something we do individually, but it will never be something we have to do alone.
I am grateful and humbled to be walking this path with so many like-minded spirits.
